REFLECTION QUESTIONS (go deeper with this devotional)
How has not gathering impacted your heart and soul? In a good way? In a challenging way
Read through the scriptures. What idea, word, or phrase about gathering together stands out to you from these scriptures.
Take a moment and pray for the resuming of gatherings in churches across our city to strengthen, encourage, and empower the body of Christ.

read the passages below for further reflection
HEBREWS 10:24-25 - “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
COLOSSIANS 3:16 - “Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.”
ACTS 2:42-27 - “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
DEUTERONOMY 31:12-13 - “Assemble the people, men, women, and little ones, and the sojourner within your towns, that they may hear and learn to fear the Lord your God, and be careful to do all the words of this law, and that their children, who have not known it, may hear and learn to fear the Lord your God.”
